About

Operator first. Strategist second.

I've spent 16 years turning ideas into shipped products — from a one-person freelance studio to leading a 25-person engineering org through a CHF 500M growth curve. My instinct is to get to market fast, learn from real users, and let traction shape the roadmap.

I work as co-founder, shareholder and operator on the ventures I back. My role goes well beyond advice: I sit inside the build — architecture, hiring, product calls, the awkward week-three pivots — so that strategy actually ships.

I believe every team should be independent from IT. When marketing, finance, content and ops own their tooling, decisions move at the speed of the people closest to the customer. That's how small companies act big.

Expertise

Where I can move the needle.

The work I'm sharpest at — and the work I most enjoy. If a venture or a board needs traction in any of these, that's a fit.

01

Entrepreneurship

Co-founder of multiple ventures. Comfortable with the messy 0-to-1 phase: pricing, partnerships, hiring, fundraising conversations.

02

Product & Tech Strategy

Aligning the roadmap with the P&L. Choosing what to build, what to buy, what to kill — and sequencing it so the team can breathe.

03

Leadership at scale

Built and led distributed teams across Switzerland, France, Ukraine and India. Up to 25 engineers, designers, QA, PMs and tech leads.

04

Agile that ships

Lightweight rituals, hard outcomes. Continuous discovery, short cycles, weekly demos. Process that serves the work, never the other way around.

05

FinTech & E-commerce

Regulated payments, KYC, custody and high-volume marketplaces. The places where one wrong decision compounds quickly.

06

Modern stack adoption

Migrated Rails → Next.js, integrated headless CMS, A/B and feature-flag platforms, observability, security tooling. Pragmatic, not trendy.

Experience

Sixteen years, one through-line: ship what matters.
